NEV SPA Memberships & Loyalty Cards

Silver Membership

Validity: 3 Months since the client decides to join our loyalty program.
Details: Clients will be entitled to 5% discount on all SPA Items including F&B and Yoga.

Rules & Regulations:

a. For the Clients to join this program, they will pay 5000 EGP and they will receive the membership ID/No.

b. Once clients paid the membership fees (5000 EGP) and received their membership ID/No. ,they can order any of our SPA services with 5% discount consuming from membership credit (5000 EGP).

c. Once they consumed the membership credit fees , they will start to pay for any service they will have with 5% discount till the end of the membership period (3 months)

Gold Membership

Validity: 6 Months since the client decides to join our loyalty program.

Details: Clients will be entitled to 10% discount on all SPA Items including F&B and Yoga.

Rules & Regulations:

a. For the Clients to join this program, they will pay 10000 EGP and they will receive the membership ID/No.

b. Once clients paid the membership fees (10000 EGP) and received their membership ID/No. ,they can order any of our SPA services with 10% discount consuming from membership credit (10000 EGP).

c. Once they consumed the membership credit fees, they will start to pay for any service they will have with 10% discount till the end of the membership period (6 months)

Diamond Membership

Validity: 9 Months since the client decides to join our loyalty program.
Details: Clients will be entitled to 15% discount on all SPA Items including F&B and Yoga.

Rules & Regulations:
a. For the Clients to join this program, they will pay 15000 EGP and they will receive the membership ID/No.
b. Once clients paid the membership fees (15000 EGP) and received their membership ID/No. ,they can order any of our SPA services with 15% discount consuming from membership credit (15000 EGP).
c. Once they consumed the membership credit fees, they will start to pay for any service they will have with 15% discount till the end of the membership period (9months)

NEV Membership

Validity: 12 Months since the client decides to join our loyalty program.
Details: Clients will be entitled to 20% discount on all SPA Items including F&B and Yoga.

Rules & Regulations:
a. For the Clients to join this program, they will pay 20000 EGP and they will receive the membership ID/No.
b. Once clients paid the membership fees (20000 EGP) and received their membership ID/No. ,they can order any of our SPA services with 20% discount consuming from membership credit (20000 EGP).
c. Once they consumed the membership credit fees, they will start to pay for any service they will have with 20% discount till the end of the membership period (12months)

Yoga Loyalty Card

- Clients pay for 10 classes once (the amount of 1350 instead of 1500), and they can enjoy 10 of our Yoga classes with 10% discount.;

N.B Clients should notify us 1 day in advance of the class they will attend to guarantee a place for them..
